Limitation of Manufacturer's Liability

In no event is Environmental Products Solutions, LLC liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, whether special, consequential or otherwise, or for any other claims or liabilities resulting from the use of the product. Seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantities of the product proven to be defective.
